Laser Applications
Laser Marking & Engraving, Cutting, Cleaning, Welding and more.
LASER MARKING?
Moon pulsed or continuous-wave laser beam interacts with the material’s surface. For identification purposes, laser marking is ideal for adding bar codes, unique identification numbers, QR codes, and logos.

LASER CUTTING?
Moon Laser cutting is mainly a thermal process in which a focused laser beam is used to melt material in a localised area. A coaxial gas jet is used to eject the molten material and create a kerf. A continuous cut is produced by moving the laser beam or workpiece under CNC control.

LASER WELDING?
Moon Laser beam welding (LBW) is a welding technique used to join several metal components. A laser produces a beam of high intensity that is concentrated in one spot. The beam provides a concentrated heat source, allowing for narrow, deep welds and high welding rates.

LASER CLEANING?
Moon Laser cleaning works by sending pulses of laser light towards a surface. When it interacts with contaminants that absorb laser light, the contaminants or coating particles will either turn into a gas or turn into a liquid. Laser cleaning is an eco-friendly process used to remove rust, paint, oxide, and other contaminants from metal surfaces.
